Position Summary:

The Training Manager at Pinnacle Intelligence is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that empower employees to deliver exceptional performance. This individual shifts into high gear when developing strategies for high-volume onboarding, accelerates with precision in creating impactful learning solutions, and steers with integrity and respect when fostering a culture of continuous development. The role ensures that all training initiatives align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires, existing employees, and leadership development.
  • Curriculum Design: Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Oversee new hire training to ensure smooth integration and readiness for operational roles.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; implement improvements as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor trainers, ensuring consistent delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with operations, QA, and HR teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all training programs comply with client requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Innovation in Learning: Introduce new technologies and methodologies to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field; certifications in training or instructional design (e.g., CPLP) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to accelerate with precision in designing and implementing effective training programs under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, committed to steering with integrity and respect in all interactions.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of shifting into high gear during large-scale onboarding or urgent training needs.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Amenability: Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a night shift work schedule from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (or adjusted based on operational requirement).
