Position Summary
The HR Analytics Specialist plays a critical role in powering data-driven decision-making across our HR functions. This role transforms data into insights that help Pinnacle Intelligence Shift into High Gear by optimizing talent acquisition, employee experience, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. Through analytical mastery and a commitment to Accelerate with Precision, this specialist ensures that HR strategies are supported by accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence—always grounded in Integrity & Respect for employee data, privacy, and fairness.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple systems (ATS, HRIS, LMS, performance tools) to provide timely and accurate insights.
- Maintain dashboards and automated reports that enable leaders to accelerate decision-making with precision.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and confidentiality of all HR data, reflecting our drive to steer with integrity & respect.
Analytics & Insights
- Produce analytics on recruitment funnel performance, employee turnover, retention trends, headcount forecasting, and workforce cost modeling.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses that help HR and operations teams shift into high gear when optimizing policies, processes, and talent strategies.
- Deliver insights that align HR initiatives with business needs and performance outcomes.
Strategic Support
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Operations to translate data into action plans.
- Support the development of HR KPIs and measure the impact of HR programs and transformations.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, engagement, and employee experience.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Develop automated data pipelines, templates, and dashboards that streamline HR reporting.
- Recommend process improvements that reduce manual work and drive efficiency—key to Pinnacles culture of continuous acceleration.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure HR reporting complies with company policies, standards, and relevant data privacy laws.
- Steward data with high ethical standards, embodying our value of Steering with Integrity & Respect.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proven experience in HR analytics, HR reporting, or business analytics (preferably in BPO or high-volume operations).
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS, or workforce management systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with statistics, forecasting models, and data visualization best practices.

Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, HR, Psychology, Business Analytics, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in analytics, HR, or workforce reporting roles.
